What to expect at Redlands Barre?
Redlands Barre offers fun, energetic workouts for all ages and fitness levels. Our studio is clean, calming, and large enough to provide peace of mind during your workout. Whether you come for a Barre or Pilates class, you will be met with state-of-the-art equipment, a friendly community, and a ton of fun. In just 45 or 55 minutes, our highly trained instructors will lead you through a full-body workout that strengthens, lengthens, and tones your entire body while offering plenty of options for cardiovascular work and stretching.
What happens in class?
Regardless of the class style, you can expect a full body workout that begins with a warm-up, includes upper and lower body strengthening work, a deep sculpting abdominal series, and ends by stretching and lengthening the muscles of the entire body. Each class is set to fun, upbeat music and is taught by our highly trained and passionate instructors.
What should I wear?
Wear clothes that you’re comfortable in! We recommend fitness apparel that makes you feel good and allows you to move freely. You will also need a pair of sticky grip socks to prevent sliding and retain your body’s heat. You may bring your own, or we have them available for purchase at the studio. You’ll want to remove your shoes and put on your socks before you walk through the studio (you’ll be lying down during class, so this is just an effort to keep the floors as tidy as possible). Bring a water bottle and a full-size towel to cover your mat.
How many classes do you suggest a week?
For best results, we recommend taking at least 3-4 classes a week.
