Reformer Pilates

These smaller-sized classes are sessions of intentional, specific-to-you work. These classes use a Pilates reformer machine, where you will work your entire body to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Using spring tension, you can choose a level of resistance custom to you and your fitness level and tailor the workout to your specific needs. These classes are taught using the BASI Pilates method and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels: no experience is required.

Barre Plus

Using the Barre Intensity method, we fuse Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training in a fun, low impact, total body, 55-minute class. It is designed to make the most of every minute. This class combines small, isolated movements to strengthen and tone with large ranges of motion to elevate your heart rate and maximize calorie burn. Available to all fitness levels, no dance experience is required.

Barre Express

Barre Express is a 45-minute, fast-paced version of our Barre Plus class. Some days will have more cardio bursts, other days will have more muscle-toning movements. This dynamic class leaves you feeling like you worked out for an hour! Available to all fitness levels, no dance experience is required.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates classes offer a 55-minute full-body workout, where you’ll strengthen your core and focus on alignment. Using the Basi Pilates method, our instructors work with you to tone your entire body through bodily awareness, control, and breathing. All fitness levels are welcome. Whether you are healing your body, cross-training, or have been a student of fitness for years, our Mat Pilates class will leave you feeling centered and strong.
