Try Barre & Pilates!

Start your journey to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body with two weeks of unlimited Barre and Pilates classes, plus one semi-private Reformer Pilates session! Have fun as you get stronger, improve your flexibility, and build community in our women-only studio!

What to Wear

We require grip socks in our studio for safety and sanitary purposes. You’ll also want to wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, and bring a hair tie to keep your hair out of your eyes!

What to Bring

In addition to your grip socks, please bring a yoga or beach towel to cover your mat (we’ll provide the yoga mat!). You’ll also want a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

When to Arrive

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to meet your instructor, tour the space, and find a good spot in class. Be sure to tell your instructor about any injuries or prior conditions that you have.

Where to Find Us

We’re located at 700 E Redlands Blvd, Suite P, Redlands CA, 92373. Head in the mall doors between the bike store and the boba tea shop, then make a right and head down the hallway.

Pilates offers increased flexibility, stronger muscles, and improved alignment and posture. We offer Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes for all levels and fitness needs.

Why Barre?

Barre classes provide a full-body workout in just 45 or 55 minutes. You will get your heart rate up, build muscle, increase flexibility, and have a ton of fun! Our classes are open to all fitness and experience levels.
