We all know that what we eat is essential; however, after a combined 50+ years of coaching experience, we have found that diet & nutrition is the #1 most overlooked facet of fitness.

Your diet and nutrition can make or break your fitness journey. It can supercharge or negate your progress. If you have goals for weight loss, muscle gain, and increased energy but are not approaching your diet intentionally, you are missing half of the battle.

If you are not where you want to be with your results, we are confident that diet and nutrition will help you close the gap.

P.S. We know choosing to change is hard, but thankfully, we have designed our nutrition package to do the heavy lifting for you. We will worry about the science while you worry about replacing your wardrobe.

What is the nutrition program?

Our specialized nutrition coaching program gives you 3 months of one-on-one coaching from one of our certified nutrition professionals. You’ll work together to build a plan that works for you and your goals and guarantees a roadmap to results.

What does the program include?

Our 3-month coaching program includes:

  • Weekly calls with your designated coach
  • A virtual cabinet clean-out and grocery store trip
  • Custom meal plan and recipe guide
  • Guided tools to improve your relationship with food and create long-lasting results
Can I sign up for one-month only?

We believe in providing real results for every client. We know that lasting change doesn’t happen overnight – it requires consistency and time. Our program is designed for a minimum of 3 months with you (and your goals!) in mind.

Does the program include fitness classes?

Yes! We have two packages: one for existing Redlands Barre members that can be added to an existing membership and one for new clients looking to purchase three months of nutrition + fitness coaching.

What happens after my 3 month program?

After 3 months you’ll feel healthy, empowered, and ready to take on the world! Our team will work with you to determine next-steps and find a coaching membership that fits your continued goals.

What should I expect?

Expect a customized, results-driven program led by a designated nutritionist to walk you through total body transformation. This includes one-on-one coaching calls, nutrition resources and recipes guides, and a monitored accountability group with like-minded women.
