Come see what we mean with a free introductory Barre class on Wednesday, April 28, at 7 pm. If you’ve been looking for that chance to get back in the gym and find some “me time”, this is it. Just bring yourself, some comfy clothes, and a good attitude.
We’ll meet you at the barre!
What is Barre?
Barre is a full-body and low-impact workout that is done at a ballet barre. Don’t worry: it requires zero dance experience and can be done by women of all fitness levels. Our goal is to teach women how to love and care for their bodies, regardless of where they are in their fitness journey!

What should I bring?
We recommend comfortable clothes you can move in, a yoga or beach towel to cover your mat, and a water bottle. If you’ve got a pair of grip socks, bring those along too! They’ll keep you from sliding on the floor and will regulate your body temperature throughout the workout.
Where is it?
We are located at 700 E Redlands Blvd, Suite P, Redlands CA 92373. You’ll find us in the mall right between Don’s Bicycles and Albertsons.
Who’s invited?
Sandals ladies, this one’s for you! This class will be limited to 20 people, so make sure you sign up and snag your spot!
We ask that participants be women who are at least 16 years of age and able to sign the appropriate waivers that are provided upon sign-up.
