What do I wear?

Wear clothes that you’re comfortable in! We recommend fitness apparel that makes you feel good and allows you to move freely. You will also need a pair of sticky grip socks to prevent sliding and retain your body’s heat.

What do I bring?

Bring a pair of sticky socks and a yoga or beach towel large enough to cover the mats that we provide (you may also bring your own yoga mat if you prefer!). These items can be purchased or borrowed from the studio if you don’t have them.

Where is the studio?

We’re located at 700 E Redlands Blvd, Suite P, Redlands, CA 92373. Park in the Rite Aid parking lot, enter the mall doors between the Dental Gallery and the Chaca Tea Bar, and we’re in the hallway to your right.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can give you a tour of the space, answer any questions, and ensure you’re comfortable before class starts.

What if I’ve never done Barre or Pilates?

Our classes are all beginner-friendly, so no need to stress! Follow along with the instructor’s cues, and we’ll guide you through the process. We’re all here to have fun and get a good sweat on, and we leave all judgment at the door.

What should I expect?

Expect a friendly staff, fun music, a clean space, and a workout that leaves your muscles aching for more!
