With a background in dance, Chelsea always had a passion for fitness. After finding her now favorite fitness style of barre, she decided to share the love through her own studio. Chelsea is trained in the Barre Intensity and BASI Pilates methods.

Ally Gillespie

Co-Owner / Barre & Pilates Teacher / Certified Nutrition Coach

Ally loves all types of fitness but has a special love for the grace and control of Barre and Pilates. Her favorite part of teaching is connecting with students and giving them a positive and encouraging space to move and take care of their bodies. She has trained with both Barre Intensity and BASI Pilates.

Pam Crandall

Barre Teacher

Pam grew up taking gymnastics and various types of dance classes. As an adult, she found barre and fell in love with it! Pam was a student for many years before training to be an instructor, and her passion for barre shows in every class she teaches.

Kari Donnenwirth

Barre & Pilates Teacher / Certified Nutrition Coach

Kari has been doing barre since October 2017. In that time, she has sampled other fitness styles but continues to come back to barre. “I love the upbeat, group atmosphere, and that no matter how long you’ve been doing barre, there is always a new challenge to take on!”. Kari is trained in both the Barre Intensity and BASI Pilates methods.

Clay Jizmejian

Barre & Pilates Teacher

Clay has always had a love for fitness. She has a background in competitive gymnastics, swimming, running, and CrossFit before joining the Barre team. Certified in the Barre Intensity method, she loves to bring a super challenging class to her barre babes! Get ready to sweat in her class!

Shannon Knox

Barre Teacher

Shannon is filled with a love for life and humor that makes her classes part workout, part entertainment. When you sign up for a class with her, you can expect a killer burn and a whole lot of laughs.

Cristy Pearce

Barre Teacher

Cristy has a wealth of knowledge about fitness and nutrition, with years of fitness training and coaching experience. As a former gymnast, she loves the tone and flexibility gained from barre. She’ll often bring functional fitness into the classroom using heavier weights, or interval training. You’re sure to leave class with a good pump!

Pretty Sittanggang

Barre Teacher

Pretty is a former dancer and CrossFit athlete with incredible attention to detail. She loves to run half marathons, kickboxing, and oversized T-shirts. If you enjoy a good sweat session, and an encouraging voice, you’ll love class with Pretty.

Brooke Walters

Barre & Pilates Teacher

Brooke has a background in life coaching, swimming, and strength training, however, it was Barre and Pilates that changed her life. Being trained in both BASI Pilates and Barre Intensity, Brooke loves using her experience, knowledge, and positive spirit to inspire others to reach their fitness goals. Working with Brooke means you get to develop strength, flexibility, and find confidence in your form while having fun as a part of the Redlands Barre classes and community.

Kelsie White

Pilates Teacher / Certified Nutrition Coach

Kelsie has always loved health and fitness and grew up participating in acrobatics, basketball, and volleyball. Her own injuries brought her to Pilates, which has greatly helped her rehabilitation journey. She is also a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Coach and has a passion for helping others on their journey towards better health and wellness. She is trained in the BASI Pilates method.
