With a background in dance, Chelsea always had a passion for fitness. After finding her now favorite fitness style of barre, she decided to share the love through her own studio. Chelsea is trained in the Barre Intensity and Basi Pilates methods.
As a former dancer and ballet teacher, barre was the perfect form of fitness for Danielle. It was love at first class and she now enjoys encouraging other women to become the best version of themselves on their barre journey!
Pam grew up taking gymnastics and various types of dance classes. As an adult, she found barre and fell in love with it! Pam was a student for many years before training to be an instructor, and her passion for barre shows in every class she teaches.
Kari has been doing barre since October 2017. In that time, she has sampled other fitness styles but continues to come back to barre. “I love the upbeat, group atmosphere, and that no matter how long you’ve been doing barre, there is always a new challenge to take on!”.

Ally loves all types of fitness but has a special love for the grace and control of Barre and Pilates. Her favorite part of teaching is connecting with students and giving them a positive and encouraging space to move and take care of their bodies. She has trained with both Barre Intensity and Basi Pilates.
Clay has always had a love for fitness. She has a background in competitive gymnastics, swimming, running, and CrossFit before joining the Barre team. Certified in the Barre Intensity method, she loves to bring a super challenging class to her barre babes! Get ready to sweat in her class!!
Shannon is filled with a love for life and humor that makes her classes part workout, part entertainment. When you sign up for a class with her, you can expect a killer burn and a whole lot of laughs.
