Ingredients for Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Bites:
Strawberries– Sweet and juicy, strawberries add natural sweetness along with antioxidants that help support overall wellness.

Plain Greek Yogurt– Creamy Greek yogurt is rich in protein, helping make this treat more satisfying while adding a boost of calcium and probiotics.

Honey– Just a touch of honey enhances the natural sweetness of the strawberries without overpowering the recipe.

Dark Chocolate Chips– Dark chocolate brings rich flavor and satisfying indulgence. It also contains antioxidants, making it a more nutrient-rich choice when you’re craving something sweet.
Coconut Oil– A small amount of coconut oil helps create a silky chocolate coating that hardens beautifully around each frozen cluster.

Flaky Sea Salt– The finishing touch! A sprinkle of flaky sea salt enhances the sweetness of the berries and chocolate while adding a delicious contrast of flavor.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Strawberries (chopped)
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Raw Honey
- 1 1/2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt (flaky)

Directions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl combine the strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey and mix well.
- Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in clusters until the mixture is used up. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer for about 90 minutes, until completely frozen.
- Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl and microwave on high for 30 to 45-second intervals until melted. Stir with a spoon to fully combine.
- Remove a few clusters at a time from the freezer and dip into the chocolate until fully coated, using a fork to remove. Transfer back to the same baking sheet and repeat until all clusters are coated. Garnish with sea salt and place in the fridge until the chocolate has hardened.
- Serve from the fridge and enjoy!

Notes:
- Leftovers- The clusters taste best when stored in the fridge. Some of the strawberry juice may seep out of the clusters if they are not fully coated in chocolate, or any of the chocolate shell breaks. You can store them in the freezer and let it sit out at room temperature for 15 minutes or so to soften.
- Serving Size- One serving is one cluster.
- Dairy-Free- Use a thick dairy-free yogurt.

Health Insights:
