Soft and chewy, these Greek Yogurt Bagel Bites are an easy snack to have on hand for busy mornings, post-workout fuel, or whenever a bagel craving hits. Greek yogurt and collagen powder add protein, while everything bagel seasoning brings plenty of flavor without needing a long list of ingredients. They come together with just a handful of pantry staples and make the perfect bite-sized addition to your week.

Ingredients for Greek Yogurt Bagel Bites:
Unbleached All-Purpose Flour– The foundation of our bagel bites, flour gives these their soft, chewy texture while providing the structure needed to hold everything together. Other types of flour can be used, but be wary of texture changes.

Baking Powder– A little baking powder helps the bagel bites puff up as they bake, giving them a lighter, softer texture rather than making them dense.
Sea Salt– Salt adds a bit of flavor and balance to the recipe.
Collagen Powder– Collagen powder is an easy way to add a little extra protein to these bites without changing their classic bagel flavor or texture too much. It’s a secret ingredient to sneak in some extra nutrition, you won’t even be able to tell it’s in there.

Plain Greek Yogurt– The star ingredient! Greek yogurt adds protein, moisture, and a slight tang that gives these bagel bites their soft, tender texture. Its creamy consistency also helps bring the dough together.
Egg– A whisked egg gives the bagel bites their golden finish when brushed over the top and helps create that lightly crisp exterior as they bake.
Everything Bagel Seasoning– The finishing touch that makes these taste like a bagel! The combination of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic, onion, and salt adds plenty of savory flavor and a satisfying little crunch.

Notes:
- Leftovers- Store in an airtight container on the counter or in the fridge for up to three days. Freeze for up to three months.
- Serving Size- One serving is two bagel bites.
- Additional Toppings- Cream cheese, nut butter, or butter.
- No Everything Bagel Seasoning- Use sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and/or flaky sea salt instead.
- Flour Measurement- 4.5 ounces (127g) of flour is approximately 1 cup.
- How to Measure Flour- Fluff the flour first and then spoon it into your measuring cup. Use the back of a knife to level off the flour. Do not scoop the flour with your measuring cup or pack the flour in and/or tap it to get more flour in. This will result in extra flour being used, which will make your muffins dry and crumbly.
